Our focus is on a disciplined investment process, while applying both qualitative and quantitative financial criteria including a well-diversified portfolio of 20 to 30 European dividend stocks. This approach is key to our long-term returns.
Profit distributions
Shareholders receive profit distributions in the form of dividends, which make up a large part of total returns over the long term. Dividends come from free cash flow or reserves and often indicate disciplined management. Historically, companies that pay dividends regularly outperform those that do not. In addition, companies that consistently grow their dividends generate reliable cash flows, gain investor confidence, and generate higher share prices.
