Fund & Asset Management
Simon has a broad investment experience. Over the past few decades, he has fulfilled multiple roles in the investment world.
He started his career in 1997 as an investment advisor at Rabobank. He then deepened his knowledge of the various financial markets as a trader at ABN AMRO Asset Management.
From 2004 he worked as a portfolio manager for the High Dividend funds of successively ABN AMRO Asset Management, Fortis Investments and BNP Paribas Asset Management. Since January 2016, he has been responsible as manager for the Sustainable Dividends Value strategy.
Simon holds master degrees in economics and financial analysis from the VU University in Amsterdam. Since 2001 he is registered as an International Investment Analyst.
FRANK
DANKERS
Compliance & Risk Management
Frank has been working in the financial sector for over 30 years. He worked for ten years at the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets in the field of international supervisory consultations. As such, he has published several articles on financial regulation.
Before that, he was an investment analyst and head of the mid-office at the Dutch branch of AXA.
Frank is a Chartered Compliance Professional (CCP) with the NCI (Dutch Compliance Institute) and Registered Investment Analyst (RBA) with the CFA-VBA.
Frank has a master's degree in the history of international relations (University of Nijmegen).
ARJEN
DIBBETS
Fonds Management
Arjen Dibbets is fondsmanager van het Sustainable Dividends Value Fund. Hij heeft ruim 30 jaar ervaring als belegger en toezichthouder.
Arjen is in 1990 afgestudeerd als kwantitatief bedrijfseconoom aan de Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam. Na zijn management traineeship bij de Kas-Associatie was hij sellside-beleggingsanalist bij verschillende brokers en banken. In die rol behaalde hij 2 Europese top 10 noteringen als in de sectoren Telecom en Media.
In 1998 startte hij als buy-side analist bij ABNAMRO Asset Management, een bekroond fonds waar hij ook de manager van werd. Na nog 2 jaar verantwoordelijk te zijn geweest voor de aandelen en hedge-fund beleggingen bij een family-office maakte hij de overstap naar De Nederlandsche Bank. Als senior toezichthouder heeft hij veel ervaring opgedaan in het verbeteren van beleggingsprocessen bij pensioenfondsen, het versterken van de governance en het opnemen van duurzaamheids- factoren in zowel toezicht als de beleggingsaanpak.
Naast zijn rol bij het Sustainable Dividends Value Fund is hij werkzaam als senior investment consultant bij Montae en partners.

PLUIJMERS
Equity Research Analyst
Vincent has finished his bachelor's degree this year at Nyenrode Business University. During this university time he has been active as research analyst and chief financial officer of De Zilveren Rijder - the largest student-run investment fund in Europe. Furthermore, he has already previously helped Sustainable Dividends as an equity analyst in 2022 until his exchange semester in Sydney, Australia. Since Summer 2023 he is again active at Sustainable Dividends and plans a master studies in finance in 2024.
Marketing Manager
Brigitta heeft een brede ervaring als marketing- en eventmanager binnen de financiële sector. Zij was bij ABN-AMRO Asset Management verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren van grote en kleine, nationale en internationale bijeenkomsten en sponsoractiviteiten.

Daarna was zij als marketingmanager van BNP Paribas Asset Management de drijvende kracht achter alle strategische en operationele marketingactiviteiten in de Benelux, het onderhoud van de website, sociale media, en digitale en fysieke events.
​
Naast haar werkzaamheden voor Sustainable Dividends is Brigitta op dit moment ook actief voor de FD Media Groep.
